Three Just Stop Oil activists have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after they threw orange powder over an award-winning garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Flow.
Three activists dressed in white Just Stop Oil T-shirts staged a protest inside the RBC Brewin Dolphin Garden, designed by Paul Hervey-Brookes, after stepping over a rope barrier at 9am on Thursday.
One Just Stop Oil activist said ‘What use is a garden if you can’t eat?’ as the three female protesters were later named Stephanie Golder, 35, Naomi Goddard, 58, a retired landscape engineer, and Rosa Hicks, 28.
